Are you looking for a house in Italy, maybe close to the sea or in the countryside? We help you find your dream house.

We work closely with several reputable estate agents in Tuscany and Liguria. Together we select some of the nicest houses of various sizes and budgets and display them on our website.

If one of the pictures evokes your interest in a project, we will put you in touch with the agent.

However, if you do already have a precise idea of your dream house, we can initiate a targeted search together with our partner agencies.

We plan conversion & renovation works

LaCasa is a German-Italian network of experienced architects, interior designers and civil engineers. If you would like to renovate, convert or extend your house in Italy, we can help.

We are familiar with the local conditions, we have good contacts with civil engineers (geomatra) in the different regions and with executing craftsmen. Based on our experience with construction in Italy, we can supervise your project all the way to its completion.

Consultations during the phase of planning and construction can be held at our German architectural office in Munich. This saves you time and energy.
